These Terms of Service are between you and Yasar Berker Gungor, an individual based in Türkiye and the operator of LayoutLock. They govern your use of LayoutLock and the LayoutLock website. By downloading, purchasing, or using LayoutLock, you agree to these Terms.
Using LayoutLock
LayoutLock helps you save and restore macOS window layouts. You are responsible for using the app in a way that complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and any workplace or device-management policies that apply to your Mac.
Permissions and system behavior
LayoutLock requires macOS Accessibility permission for its main capture and restore features. macOS, individual apps, display changes, app startup behavior, and window-system restrictions can affect whether a window is restored exactly as saved.
Free and Pro
LayoutLock is free to use for saving and restoring up to 3 layouts, with per-layout global hotkeys and individual-window removal included. LayoutLock Pro is a one-time purchase that adds unlimited layouts, display-change restore suggestions, and custom restore order.
Purchases and checkout
Pro checkout is handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Pricing and applicable checkout terms are shown before purchase. LayoutLock does not receive or store your payment card details.
14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. No reason is required. Email [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase, or include your Creem order ID so the purchase can be located.
After the refund is processed, the associated Pro license is revoked and LayoutLock returns to the Free plan. Your saved layouts remain stored locally on your Mac and are then subject to the Free plan limits. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Support is provided by email at [email protected]. When requesting technical support, you may choose to attach diagnostic information generated by LayoutLock.
Acceptable use
- Do not use LayoutLock to interfere with systems or devices you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass macOS permissions, platform protections, licensing, checkout, or security controls.
- Do not send support content that you do not have permission to share.
Disclaimers
LayoutLock depends on macOS and the behavior of other applications. To the extent permitted by law, LayoutLock is provided as available without a guarantee that every application or window can always be restored exactly. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as LayoutLock changes. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
